Here's how it works:

1. Choose a cause you care about: anti-trafficking, clean water, hunger, education, poverty, refugees, disaster relief, disease and more.

2. Set mileage and fundraising goals. Stretch yourself because people in need are counting on you.

3. Get pledges: ask your friends and family to give for every mile you log during your fundraiser.

4. Track your miles: do this manually using the app or connect to Strava or MapMyFitness.

5. See your impact in real time. Immediately after your workout see the amount you've raised and the number of lives you've impacted.

Venture Miles comes loaded with inspiration. Push notifications will be sent to your device to encourage you to log miles and read the daily Journey – a short post with insight into how your miles are making a difference.
